Small Group Ministry
What are Small Groups?
Small Groups are a small gathering of individuals centered around common interests. They are a space where people can come together and be vulnerable, make connections and build community, and meet Jesus.
How do they work?
Small Groups can have weekly or twice a month gatherings, with three (3) 15 week sessions per year. A Small Group can have no more than 15 members. Prior to each 15 week session, a catalogue of the available small groups will be shared. The Small group Planning Team will handle the sign ups for each group. Participants are strongly encouraged to experience the different small groups each session.

Small Group Facilitators
Who can be a Facilitator?
What is the role of a Facilitator?
What is the time commitment for the Facilitators?
Small Groups must meet for at least 45 minutes a week or twice a month for the 15 week sessions. Facilitators are required to attend a one hour training session and dedicate time towards planning/coordinating their small group (2-3 hours). Facilitators must take a session off after leading two consecutive small group sessions. This applies only for those who want to facilitate multiple sessions.
